KidzFIT is for grades K–2 (roughly ages 5–8). StrongHER and HIMpower are for grades 3–5 (roughly ages 8–11), with StrongHER for girls and HIMpower for boys.
How long is a session?+
Each cohort meets twice a week for 60 minutes per session across a 12-week season. A standard after-school sample window is 3:15 to 4:15 p.m., with KidzFIT on Mondays and Wednesdays and StrongHER and HIMpower on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Final after-school day and time bands can be coordinated with each district or host site.
How much does it cost?+
All Join PowerWithin programs are $375 per 12-week season, the same across KidzFIT, StrongHER, and HIMpower no matter where the cohort meets. Families are encouraged to join Fall, Winter, and Spring, but you can register one season at a time. The price includes all equipment, the weekly Family Fuel take-home system, and end-of-season character badges.
Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?+
We are building a scholarship program for a future launch. In the meantime, email info@joinpowerwithin.com and we will do our best to help.
Do you offer a sibling discount?+
Yes. Families enrolling siblings in the same season receive 10% off each additional child. Email info@joinpowerwithin.com before or after registering, and our team will confirm the sibling enrollment and apply the adjustment manually.
What if my child misses a session?+
One make-up per season is included. Let us know and we'll place your child in another active cohort if space allows.
What should my child wear and bring?+
Athletic clothes they can move freely in, sneakers, and a water bottle. We provide all program equipment and Family Fuel take-home cards.
Are coaches background-checked?+
Yes. All Join PowerWithin coaches complete background checks, first-aid certification, and ongoing program training.
Can we cancel?+
Full refund before the first session. Prorated refund within the first three weeks. After that, credit toward a future season.
Can you bring the program to my school?+
Yes. That is our favorite question. See our For Schools page for how partnerships work and to book a call.
