Terms of Service

1. Enrollment & participation
A registration secures a seat in the specified session for the enrolled child. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for drop-off, pickup, and communicating any medical or accommodation needs.
2. Payment & refunds
Payment is due in full at enrollment. Full refund if requested before the first session. Prorated refund within the first three weeks. After week three, unused sessions convert to credit toward a future season.
3. Safety & conduct
Our coaches follow a clear conduct code: positive coaching, zero tolerance for ridicule or exclusion, and proactive safety standards. Parents agree to the same standards on behalf of their children.
4. Media
We occasionally photograph sessions for program improvement and internal training. We do not publish children's images publicly without explicit written parental consent.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new programs, policies, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled families via email.
