Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you register your child, we collect: parent name, email, phone, emergency contact, and your child's name, grade, date of birth, and any medical, dietary, or accommodation information you choose to share. We also collect payment details via our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use it
To run the program. Enrollment records, coach briefings, emergency contact during sessions, and transactional email (receipts, welcome packets, session reminders). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third-party marketers.
3. Your child's privacy
We follow COPPA. Children's information is accessible only to Join PowerWithin staff with a direct operational need, and it is retained only as long as your child is actively enrolled plus a 24-month archival window for regulatory and continuity purposes.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or have your data deleted. Email info@joinpowerwithin.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.
